Dynamic and ambitious individuals looking at a career in Tally software and Tally customized solution sales with relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales goals through the direct sale of Tally software and Tally customized solutions to prospects and customers in assigned territory
  • Identify high potential sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and thorough qualification
  • Understand and articulate the Tally Solutions value proposition to business and technology stakeholders within prospective client organizations
  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, product mix and terms
  • Communicate regularly with VP of Sales, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts, and maintaining accurate and timely records
  • Work closely with business development representatives to continuously seed territory and build pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are met
  • Work collaboratively with solution engineers, delivery and support teams, to ensure all aspects of pre-sales, delivery and post-sale are being worked at highest levels of performance and client satisfaction
  • Be a team player in every sense
  • Provide ongoing competitive market and client feedback to the company to help drive continuous improvement of sales team, service delivery, product development and company strategy

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing software/ ERP services business in the Enterprise space
  • Demonstrated track record of performance relative to assigned goals
  • General understanding of key technology concepts required to sell complex solutions to technical stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly understand and articulate business issues and how Tally software and services can help solve clients' business and technical challenges
  • Ability to gain access to and negotiate with senior management
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills including expertise with Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Tally Software support

Involves providing support and implementation services to Customers, candidates with Tally support experience are invited to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides inbound phone, web or email support to resolve client inquiries and problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Responsibly communicates to all parties involved in issue resolution to meet and manage client expectations.
  • Documents, track, and/or update details on the specifics of client issue(s).
  • May assist with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation of support processes.
  • Performs Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes. Analyzes results to ensure that software performs as required.
  • May provide training to client end-users (typically via webinar).
  • Creates or enhances documentation throughout the support process.
  • Contributes to company knowledge library and/or Tyler Community.
  • May participate in User Group meetings and activities.
  • Commits to expanding technological skills and knowledge of the Tally products.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months previous experience required in an Associate Software Support Specialist position, or in a position which demonstrates systems knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude required.
  • Effective decision making and problem solving skills involving troubleshooting basic to moderate issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of database structures including fields, tables, views, database objects, etc.

Tally Developer

Involves customizing Tally and also understanding requirement and designing specific solutions. Candidates with experience on development in Tally definition language can apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete ownership for delivery of any major and technically challenging assignment, primarily as an individual contributor, right from designing, running with the product backlog, defining technical requirements, delivery, and handover to operations.
  • Broad understanding of the whole architecture and high-level design across modules/components, including ability to troubleshoot and fix across layers/modules/components.
  • Contribution to problem definition, high-level design, and execution planning of entire applications/services.
  • Mentoring and work coordination of junior colleagues, including code reviews, task planning, etc.
  • Continuous alignment with the project objectives and goals.
  • Setting clear work objective and expectations.
  • Participation in improving function excellence by recommending changes in policies and procedures, to drive efficiency and effectiveness of teams.
  • Continuous learning to gain any domain knowledge required for the technical area / feature.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in analyzing and solving problems with creative or applied solutions.
  • Should have experience of designing challenging technical problems – ideally, proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and robust cloud-based platforms.
  • Must have owned or contributed to large enough sized projects/product/product areas.
  • Very good analytical skills, good design skills, and a data-driven approach to design making.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals – Good knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Database, Object Oriented Programming, OS Concepts, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing & UML.
  • Ability to think independently, communicate ideas effectively across stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of a broad spectrum of technology trends and understanding of their impact on the organization.
  • Good communication / articulation / presentation skills.
  • Proven expertise in the agile development process and very good working knowledge of continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Project Manager

Involved in Account Management, team management for rollouts and support. Candidates with at least 4 years of experience in Software Sales and implementations can apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the project initiation is done correctly regarding scoping, timelines and resourcing of the project.
  • Create risk mitigation plan and monitor the project to ensure that the risk mitigation is triggered at the appropriate time.
  • Monitor the usage of the resources in a project and work with the appropriate leaders to make the required changes.
  • Track Project Progress and ensure that the project meets its stated goals within the timelines.
  • Take responsibility for all project communication including circulating of progress, change management.
  • Ensure that the team follows and adheres to all processes and disciplines, communicate and create clarity with teams on project objectives and expectations and break down assignments into tasks.
  • Plan and implement development programs to ensure that team members skill sets are upgraded appropriately.
  • Assess future recruitment needs and forecast staffing requirements against business objectives.
  • Assist team members or get assistance whenever required and maintain good relationship with people in the ecosystem to enhance the result of the function.
  • Use one's skills to match the best suited team member to a particular task.

Qualifications:

  • Must have worked as a project manager or senior project manager in a product development organization.
  • Must be able to manage project schedule and task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, to delegate appropriately.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the program management domain.
